Payment & Cancellation Policy
Make checks payable to SSSA (must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds, including routing numbers). Accepted credit cards include Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Chinese-issued credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
* Cancellation requests received in writing on or before May 1 will be refunded the entire fee.
* Cancellation requests received in writing from May 1 - May 15 will be refunded the entire amount less a $100 administrative fee.
* There are no refunds for registrations and all ticketed events (tours, workshops, meal functions, etc.) after May 15.
