Poster abstract submissions are now closed.
Concerned you might not have enough detail for a poster abstract before the submission deadline?- Poster abstracts at this point are “holding slots” that reserve your spot in the desired session.
- The Program Planning Committee will require a title, full payment, and just enough poster abstract content to ensure your submission is placed in the proper session. -->
- Research details and more solid content for initiated abstracts can be added through June 12.
- Please note that all contributed submissions will be in the format of in-person poster presentations.
- There are no contributed in-person oral presentations.
- There are no virtual presentations.
- There is a limit of one contributed abstract per presenting author.
- All posters will be displayed on a half-size poster board for both Tuesday and Wednesday. (Display space can be no larger than 44.5" x 44.5".)
- Poster board numbers will be placed in the upper corners of the boards on 4½" x 3" cards.
- Presenting authors will present for a 1.5 hour period on one day.
- Odd numbered poster numbers will be presented on Tuesday.
- Even numbered poster numbers will be presented on Wednesday.
- The poster boards are Velcro-friendly. Please bring your own Velcro.
- Those who were unable to view your poster at the meeting are now able to view it in a manner that protects your ownership.
- Your poster will become a permanent part of the Summer Conference records and will be archived.
